The existing il2cpp_get_class_helper resolves a domain, assembly, image and class in sequence, but passes a failed lookup into the next IL2CPP call. Guard each stage so unavailable metadata produces an empty class helper instead.

Successful lookups and the public API are unchanged. This preserves the null-safe lookup behavior used by optional feature callers without adding another class-lookup wrapper. It is independent of the loading-screen invocation refactor in #304; this is not a claim of a reproduced player crash.

Validation: Windows release build and a fixture using the production header passed. The fixture rejects downstream calls after each missing lookup stage, checks the successful path, and verifies missing-class method lookup. It is wired into Windows and both macOS CI jobs.
