…4 et dépendances de dev doctrine/orm 3.6.7→3.7.3, doctrine-bundle 3.2.4→3.3.2, doctrine-migrations-bundle 4.0.0→4.0.1, phpunit 13.2.4→13.4.0, sebastian/*, phpdocumentor/*, phpstan/phpdoc-parser. Transitif : doctrine/collections 2.6→3.1.0 (exigé par orm 3.7, compatible api-platform/doctrine-common ^2.1||^3.0, suite verte).

Premier passage de #538 : mises à jour mineures/patch uniquement. Les montées majeures (API Platform 5, UX Live/Twig Component 3, Tailwind Bundle 1.0) restent hors périmètre, pour des tickets de suivi.
