self-review: diff takes in untracked files; stage review field carries unanswered rules - #949
Closes two gaps left by #948: self-review's diff skipped untracked files, and stage-self-review dropped the review's unanswered rules. Fixes SKILLS-100.
The review run field carries the review's Unanswered rules: line when it wrote one
Also
Bumps the plugin to 0.32.31
Verification
A fresh agent walked the compiled self-review and stage-self-review against the same scenario: a committed change, an uncommitted edit, an untracked new file and an ignored .env. Before the change, the untracked file was missing from the diff and the reviewer was handed a commit range only. After the change, the selector and the reviewer both see the untracked file, .env stays out, nothing is staged, and the review value carries the Unanswered rules: line as written. rule-selector.test.ts pins the new diff commands (10/10). check-dot --short-ids, certify and rt skills check --strict are clean.
…s unanswered rules
The self-review diff now appends each untracked, non-ignored file as a
new-file diff without staging it, and the selector and reviewer both get
that diff. When the tree has uncommitted or untracked changes, the
reviewer judges a written self-review.diff instead of the commit range.
stage-self-review copies the review's Unanswered rules line into the
review run field.

Walkthrough
The self-review flow now includes untracked, non-ignored files in its diff and can pass that diff to rule selection and reviewer dispatch. Stage documentation includes unanswered-rule notes in the review field. Plugin and compiled skill references update to version 0.32.31.

Summary
Build and verify the self-review diff plugins/mattstack/attachments/review/self-review/the-self-review-graph/find-merge-base.block.md, lib/skills/__tests__/rule-selector.test.ts
The instructions describe a read-only diff that includes untracked, non-ignored files. The test checks the commands, prohibits staging, and checks the self-review.diff name and “The diff to review” text.
Pass the diff to selection and review plugins/mattstack/attachments/review-core-body/caller-inputs.block.md, plugins/mattstack/attachments/review/self-review/the-self-review-graph/select-rules.block.md, plugins/mattstack/attachments/review/self-review/the-self-review-graph/dispatch-reviewer.block.md, plugins/mattstack/attachments/review-core-body-after/dispatch-the-review.block.md, plugins/mattstack/attachments/review-dispatch-body/*
Own-branch flows include untracked files. Rule selection rebuilds the self-review diff from the current tree. Reviewer dispatch can receive a caller-provided diff file and treats it as authoritative over the commit range.
Include unanswered rules in stage review plugins/mattstack/attachments/pipeline/stage-self-review/*
The stage writes the review’s Unanswered rules line into review when one was written. The documented review value reflects this.
Update plugin and compiled skill versions plugins/mattstack/.claude-plugin/plugin.json, plugins/mattstack/skills/*/SKILL.md, plugins/mattstack/skills/*/compiled.json
The plugin version, compiled manifests, and embedded skill references change from 0.32.30 to 0.32.31.

The current positive assertions still pass if the generated instructions also add git add or git add -N. Add a command-specific negative assertion or an equivalent temporary-repository test that confirms the index remains unchanged. Do not use a broad not.toContain("git add") check because the contract itself names those forbidden commands.

…field scope
The dispatch body gains an optional diff file that the reviewer judges
over the commit range, and self-review hands self-review.diff through it.
Untracked paths come from git ls-files -z and go to git diff --no-index
after --. The Unanswered rules line goes into review whenever the stage
writes review. The test pins the no-staging sentence.

Rebuild the self-review diff before repeated selector runs.
The next_answer iteration returns to print_depth_block without revisiting find_merge_base. The selector can therefore receive the generic branch-target diff instead of the untracked-inclusive self-review diff. A rule triggered only by an untracked file can be omitted.
Suggested fix
- next_answer -->|iterate here: redo from the depth block with their note| print_depth_block+ next_answer -->|iterate here: redo from the depth block with their note| find_merge_base
Persisting self-review.diff and reloading it before selector execution is an equivalent fix.

Outside-diff finding (rebuild the self-review diff before repeated selector runs): fixed in 539bb19 without a graph change. select-rules now says the diff is built afresh from the tree on every pass, reusing only the merge base, never an earlier diff.
