Mirror completed zh-TW translations to zh-Hant: - config.json: 79 missing keys (systemPrompt/edit + addInstructions, llm.load.promptTemplate, numParallelSessions, useUnifiedKvCache, numCpuExpertLayersRatio, llama.physicalBatchSize/subTitle, presets/saveChanges*, presets/cannotSaveChangesNoChanges). Also align naming upgrade commitChanges -> saveChanges. - shared.json: 169 missing keys (full file beyond longRunningTask block).

补全 cancel/next/back/close/delete/retry/refresh/confirm/copy/edit/load/save/saveAs/saveAsNew/search/update/create/reset/pause/download/upload/remove/uninstall/resume/start/stop/import/letsGo/run/configure/publish 各组 withEllipsis/进行中等变体。
策略：以 zh-TW 完整译文为基础复制。完成后两文件均 100%。
