Mirror completed zh-Hant translations to zh-HK: - config.json: 79 missing keys (systemPrompt/edit + addInstructions, llm.load.promptTemplate, numParallelSessions, useUnifiedKvCache, numCpuExpertLayersRatio, llama.physicalBatchSize/subTitle, presets/saveChanges*, presets/cannotSaveChangesNoChanges). Also align naming upgrade commitChanges -> saveChanges. - shared.json: 169 missing keys (full file beyond longRunningTask block). Apply Hong Kong style terminology: - 拖曳 -> 拖放 (drag) Both files reach 100% parity with en.
