chore(deps): move nested tinyagents to main (tsd v0.11.0 everywhere)

Part of tinyhumansai/openhuman#7834, tinyhumansai/openhuman#7522

Moves the nested vendor/tinyagents gitlink from ff5c7b50 (before v2.6.0) to tinyagents main aa5476fa (after v2.6.0, a3ffe6f3). Main no longer carries its own vendor/tinystoragedrivers submodule; it takes tinystoragedrivers by the v0.11.0 git tag, so every tsd consumer in the tree is on v0.11.0.

Graph note: the nested tinyagents copy is not in the root workspace (excluded; root Cargo.lock never sees it). Only the standalone crates/tinyjuice-examples crate uses it by path, so its Cargo.lock is refreshed (tinystoragedrivers-core/secrets at v0.11.0). cargo check --all-targets there passes. Root crate untouched.

vendor/tinybus left as is: tinyagents main has no nested tinybus and the examples graph builds without skew.
