Editing Chapter Names

Edit one name

Double-click a chapter-title cell, or select it and press F2, then enter a new name.

Apply names at output time

The Chapter names control at the bottom has three modes. They apply during preview and save without overwriting imported chapter data.

• Keep original names uses the current table names.
• Unified template produces names such as Chapter 01, Chapter 02.
• Template file loads a plain-text file with one title per line. Blank lines are ignored. Missing lines retain the current name; an empty file falls back to the unified template.

Sources with missing names often use the same Chapter 01 fallback. Chapter number offset changes only output numbering; negative values are normalized to 0. Use F11 to confirm the projected names before saving.
