Deletes dead direct-execute predicates and the Agent Vault live token check. None of these symbols have callers, including tests. Request behavior is unchanged: the dispatcher in
capability_execute.pystill owns the capability frozensets, and theensure_*allow-gates stay.*_CAPABILITY_IDSandis_*_capabilityfrom actions, crm, db, warehouse, deployment, storage, and support execute modules.repository_is_allowed,object_type_is_allowed, anddataset_is_allowed. Keepensure_repository_allowed,ensure_object_type_allowed,ensure_dataset_allowed, andtable_is_allowed.agent_vault.py: removeverify_liveand the unusedhttpximport. Callers keep usingvalidate_format.Test plan
test_capability_execute.py.test_agent_vault.pyfailures (requires_token,requires_provider,KeyError: 'detail') also fail onmainand do not call the deleted helpers.packages/api/routes/capability_execute.pyare untouched.
