Remove the root migrations/ seed scripts and the unused packages/api/db/migrations copies. Label make db-migrate as a local bootstrap of supabase/migrations/0001_init.sql; live history stays supabase/migrations/ plus packages/api/migrations/. Deletes SQL trees that nothing applies:
migrations/(0003_agent_identity.sql,0004_provisioning_flows.sql,0005_proxy_metrics.sql). These were not referenced by Make, CI, tests, or docs.0003_agent_identity.sqlseeded plaintext API tokens.packages/api/db/migrations/(0001_init.sqland0002_score_engine.sqlmatchsupabase/migrations/;0003_probe_runner.sqland0012_failure_modes.sqlare unused siblings). ORM models inpackages/api/db/stay.make db-migrateis unchanged as a command: it still runspsqlagainst docker-compose Postgres on:54322withsupabase/migrations/0001_init.sql. The Makefile and README now label that target as local bootstrap only. Live schema history remainssupabase/migrations/pluspackages/api/migrations/.Left in place: one-shot scripts,
zendesk_support_executor, in-memory tx-hash replay, the identity shim,redis_url, and ORM models. No secrets files and no dependency bumps.Verification
