Extends the Android platform transition path beyond opacity to backgroundColor, borderColor and borderRadius, so those run as native animators instead of per-frame commits.

Colors cross the JNI packed into the existing double and animate as a blend fraction, interpolated per channel in sRGB to match the loop. borderRadius rides the scalar path; percent radii keep falling back to the loop. borderWidth stays on the loop because it affects layout on Android. shadowColor is supported on Android API 28+ but remains on the loop; shadowOffset, shadowOpacity and shadowRadius are iOS-only.

Validated on a device with routing confirmed per property: fades, reversals, a combined opacity/color/radius scene, retrigger storms and mid-flight unmounts all render correctly, and views with transition callbacks still route to the loop.

Walkthrough

Android CSS transitions now support scalar values, colors, and border radii. Native routing uses configured platform properties and ARGB conversion. Kotlin property writers handle endpoint mapping, rendered-value matching, interruption resumption, and value repair.

Layer / File(s) Summary
Platform value routing
packages/react-native-reanimated/Common/cpp/reanimated/CSS/utils/platform.*, packages/react-native-reanimated/android/src/main/cpp/reanimated/android/CSS/CSSPlatformTransitions.cpp
The Android platform property table now covers opacity, colors, and border radius. Scalar and array values use component-wise interpolation. RGBA channels convert to packed ARGB values before JNI application.
CSS property writers
packages/react-native-reanimated/android/src/main/java/com/swmansion/reanimated/css/CSSPropertyWriter.kt, packages/react-native-reanimated/android/src/main/java/com/swmansion/reanimated/css/CSSPlatformTransitionsManager.kt
CSSPropertyWriter replaces the alpha-only FloatProperty path. Writers support alpha, background color, border color, and border radius, including endpoint mapping, rendered-value matching, interruption rebasing, and repair.
Loop-transition resumption
packages/react-native-reanimated/Common/cpp/reanimated/CSS/core/transition/CSSPlatformTransitionProxy.cpp
Platform transition resumption now converts four-channel color values into scalar packed ARGB values.

Interrupted transitions can visibly resume from the wrong value when switching animation paths. Resolve this before merging to avoid incorrect animation behavior.

Store the live start value for every active retarget.

Lines 118-126 leave startValue empty when an active transition is retargeted without qualifying as a reversal. currentValue then returns nullopt. A later platform-to-loop migration cannot resume from the rendered value and can snap to the committed value.

Set startValue from currentValue(viewTag, propertyName, timestamp) for the active, in-progress non-reversal path. Keep adjustedStart empty in that path.

Extends the Android platform transition path beyond opacity to
`backgroundColor`, `borderColor` and `borderRadius`, so those run as
native animators instead of per-frame commits.

Colors cross the JNI packed into the existing double and animate as a
blend fraction, interpolated per channel in sRGB to match the loop.
`borderRadius` rides the scalar path; percent radii keep falling back to
the loop. `borderWidth` stays on the loop because it affects layout on
Android. `shadowColor` is supported on Android API 28+ but remains on
the loop; `shadowOffset`, `shadowOpacity` and `shadowRadius` are
iOS-only.

Validated on a device with routing confirmed per property: fades,
reversals, a combined opacity/color/radius scene, retrigger storms and
mid-flight unmounts all render correctly, and views with transition
callbacks still route to the loop.

…d to the platform (#10549)

> [!NOTE]
> This pull request was authored by AI on behalf of @MatiPl01.

## Summary

The "Properties routed to the platform" table in the feature flags guide
was stale: it still showed `backgroundColor`, `borderColor` and
`borderRadius` as not routed on Android after #10310, and gave no idea
of which release routes what. Each cell now names the version since
which the property is routed (iOS: `opacity` 4.4.0, the rest 4.5.0;
Android: `opacity` 4.6.0,
`backgroundColor`/`borderColor`/`borderRadius`/`shadowColor` 4.7.0), and
the note below the table spells out the same per platform.

The `shadowColor` row for Android assumes #10547 lands in 4.7.0.
