…atter statusTheme/STATUS_THEME, standingTheme/STANDING_THEME (lib/status.ts) and formatSpecs (lib/format.ts) had zero callers; drop them plus the unused .page-body/.list-page-body CSS classes.
useFrappeDocumentEventListener and its doc_subscribe/doc_viewers helpers had no callers; the used listeners (event, list-invalidation, doctype) stay.
… PlanCards No consumer reads the ListView table via ref or the toolbar :table slot prop; PlanCards is superseded by the live PlanGroup.

Delete dead frontend code: unused status/format helpers, the unused doc-presence realtime machinery, a superseded PlanCards component, and unused CSS. Generated types and unwired-but-future-useful bits are kept.
