What changed
Adds a public SourceBraid 1.0 release checklist covering the Chrome Web Store,
ChatGPT/Codex skill publication, the iOS App Store, and automated GitHub setup.
Why
The private and public repositories now have intentionally separate histories
and worktrees. The checklist records the release gates and the explicit safety
boundary that prevents
website/,web-clips/, credentials, caches, or privatehistory from entering a public release.
Impact
Documentation only. Browser permissions, GitHub scopes, network endpoints,
storage formats, deletion behavior, and credential handling are unchanged.
