Part of @W-23473845@, the conversion of OCLIF to ESLint v10.

Process:

yarn add eslint@^10
yarn add eslint-config-oclif@latest
yarn lint --fix
# fix the other two issues by hand
git add package.json yarn.lock src eslint-suppressions.json src test

git push

Git2Gus App is installed but the .git2gus/config.json doesn't have right values. You should add the required configuration.
