Drops an unnecessary sleep before a
Resetin the tracker test. The "not closed yet" check already runs first, so no delay is needed. One intentional 1ms pacing sleep stays in the concurrent-reset stress test. A comment notes it spreads interleaving rather than waits for state. Behavior-neutral.Checklist
