…pties Syncs monchee/drug-library#25. Atropine, IV Contrast, Methylene Blue and Methoxybenzylpenicillin become generated records sourced from their new SCRATCH placeholder pages (pharmacy flags preserved). Every protocol record in DREAM now comes from the SCRATCH export: DREAM_ONLY_PROTOCOLS is empty, GENERATED holds all 117 masterlist positions. verify-order: 117/117, frozen prefix hash intact. tsc, lint, build clean; 854 tests green; coverage above thresholds.

Paired with monchee/drug-library#25. The last hand-maintained records (Atropine, IV Contrast, Methylene Blue, Methoxybenzylpenicillin — empty placeholders with pharmacy flags) become generated.
dreamOnlyProtocols.tsis now an empty array — every one of the 117 masterlist positions sources from the SCRATCH export, and future dose edits happen only under SCRATCH's sign-off gate.
