Tranche 4 emptied DREAM_ONLY_PROTOCOLS, leaving drugMasterlist's findDreamOnly without callers; --max-warnings 0 lint failed CI. The DREAM_ONLY_PROTOCOLS re-export stays for backwards compatibility.

Mechanical follow-up to #17: with zero dream-only records, the
findDreamOnlyresolver had no callers and eslint failed CI. Removes the function only — theDREAM_ONLY_PROTOCOLSre-export remains.
