…che 3) Syncs monchee/drug-library#22+#23: Sugammadex (+ Rocuronium) moves to its own page, Cefuroxime Suspension keeps its pharmacy flag from SCRATCH, the oral challenges (Amoxycillin Suspension, Amoxycillin/Clavulanic Acid, Meloxicam, Voltaren, Trimethoprim, Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole via bactrim's drug_name override) and Flucloxacillin's oral graded challenge all become generated records. Positions untouched — verify-order: 117/117, frozen prefix intact. DREAM_ONLY 13 → 4; GENERATED 104 → 113. The Sugammadex combo record now carries sourceSlug sugammadex-rocuronium. tsc, lint, build clean; 854 tests green.
