Tranche 3's prune left the s()/c() record builders without callers; --max-warnings 0 lint correctly failed CI. The four remaining stub records use neither helper, and the type imports shrink accordingly.

Mechanical follow-up to #15: pruning 9 records orphaned the
s()/c()builders indreamOnlyProtocols.ts; eslint --max-warnings 0 failed the test job. Removes the helpers and the now-unused type imports. No data changes.
