The Foundation's designation is not exclusive. Every place that said "the
official certificator" or "the Foundation's official certificator" now says
"an official certificator" ("uno de los certificadores oficiales" or
"certificador oficial designado por la Foundation" in Spanish): page copy,
metadata, Open Graph text, both news items, the spec pages and the style
rule. Recorded in spec/facts.yaml decisions.

The Verana Foundation's designation is not exclusive, so the copy must not claim it. Every place that said "the official certificator" or "the Foundation's official certificator" now reads "an official certificator" (Spanish: "uno de los certificadores oficiales" or "certificador oficial designado por la Foundation"):
spec/STYLE.md, and a decision entry inspec/facts.yaml.Left as they were, since they carry no article and read as a role, not a monopoly: the card titles "Official certificator", the badge "Official certificator · Latin America", the timeline line "designated ... as official certificator", and the news title.
