Promotion gates

• Reconcile current main@7925d76a into alpha and resolve every conflict without losing Main-only changes.
• Re-run CI and CodeQL on the reconciled Alpha head; the dynamic CodeQL workflow for efc92d52 passed, but GitHub currently also exposes a failing standalone CodeQL check that must be understood or rerun before merge.
• Confirm the Canary running revision matches the reconciled promotion head.
• Exercise Windows ACP wrapper discovery and launch in the intended Canary environment.
• Exercise remote connected-Agent reachback with the configured HUABU_PUBLIC_ORIGIN.
• Exercise Canvas Sync watchdog recovery after deployment.
• Exercise the source-daemon/client-runtime onboarding path, including the intended connection credential and device-local Service SDK/CLI locations.
• Review the complete post-reconciliation main...alpha diff and obtain the required approvals.

Canary use is additional end-to-end evidence only; it does not replace automated tests, CI, review, documentation, or release validation. This PR must be merged manually only after every gate is satisfied. After merge, fast-forward alpha to the resulting main promotion commit before beginning the next Alpha cycle.
