Summary

  • document integer Mbps and M, Mi, G, and Gi bit-rate formats for VPC Egress Gateway bandwidth limits
  • update the API reference and next-release feature list
  • explain rolling-upgrade, kube-ovn-v2 CRD update, and downgrade compatibility requirements

Compatibility

This documentation depends on kubeovn/kube-ovn#7115. Existing integer values remain compatible within the supported range. The upgrade note calls out that Helm does not update CRDs from a chart's crds/ directory and provides the explicit CRD apply command required before using string values with kube-ovn-v2.

This change targets master only and does not backport the feature documentation to older release branches.

Validation

  • repository Markdown lint with markdownlint-rule-search-replace
  • python3 scripts/check-chinese-punctuation.py
  • mkdocs build -s
  • git diff --check
