release-1.16.CI baseline fix
The
v1.16branch already tracks 1,452 files undernode_modulesfrom commit 07b79c8. The Markdown workflow scans**/*.md, so it failed on vendored package documentation before reaching the repository build. This PR adds a one-line.markdownlintignoreentry for that existing dependency tree. It does not remove or modify the vendored files.Validation
