PLACEMENT-MAP.md (parses the reviewed table; --dry summarizes all batches; a batch
moves pages, sets slugs, appends redirect_from for the old path, mirrors public
assets of moved slugs, rewrites inbound links repo-wide, updates nav URLs).
Batch: 9 pages out of the temporary Developer Docs group into Storage —
/storage/api/ (index, configurations, import-export, importer, tde-exporter) +
/storage/api/clients/{python,r,php,docker-cli}. Nav: new 'Storage API' subgroup
under Storage; dev-origin dots disappear for these pages (prefix changed) — the
seam dissolves batch by batch, per the topic-integration method.
Verified: build clean (423 pages, 193 redirect pages — +9 from old paths), audit
0 new broken links / 0 missing images, both old-path redirects spot-checked in dist.

Re-cut of phase-2 batch 1 (was #1029, stacked on #1027) as a standalone per-unit PR off main, per the 2026-07-27 pivot. Moves the 9 Storage API pages to /storage/api/** (client libraries under /storage/api/clients/), next to the rest of Storage. Old /integrate/storage/* URLs keep working via redirect_from. Build clean (265 pp); audit 0 missing images. Broken links are forward-refs to not-yet-migrated units (/extend/**, /overview/api/, /integrate/jobs/) — heal as those land.
