docs: close Phase 61 and refresh ecosystem roadmap

• mark Phase 61 - Suite Metadata and Genre Platform as completed, merged and live accepted
• record Post-Phase 61 Performance Hardening (B1-B4) with the measured results from PRs perf(metadata): optimize EPG refresh candidate query #102 through perf(epg): throttle completed type snapshots #108
• advance the strict next runtime phase to Phase 62 - Identity, RBAC and Accountability Foundation
• remove obsolete feature-branch and pending-acceptance wording from current-state and handoff documents
• align README, root roadmap, strict roadmap, Phase Map, implementation dependency map, status dashboard and completed-phase markers
• convert the old Phase 61 provider roadmap into a post-Phase 61 provider strategy/backlog document
• replace the stale parity document with a current comparison of VDR Core, Live, epgsearch, RESTfulAPI and VDR-Suite
• document that Wikipedia Search is not a project component and that epgsearch is the canonical comparison target
• strengthen phase/status consistency checks so stale Phase 61 markers cannot return

The refreshed ecosystem matrix now distinguishes:

• strong current VDR-Suite areas: channels, EPG, recordings, safe Recording actions, metadata, people, artwork, Genres, SearchTimer foundations and remote control
• areas where Suite architecture is stronger: provider-neutral metadata, safety gates, backend scope and read-only policy
• incomplete replacement areas: streaming, legacy OSD, production RBAC, secure Agents, exact epgsearch edge semantics and stable /api/v1

Superseded by #114.

PR #114 rebuilds and revalidates the useful Phase 61 closeout material directly on current origin/main (44ae3102ab202ee0dfc974ee0bc9624b9219ad2d) and additionally incorporates merged PRs #110 and #111, the current Remote/Global Search contracts, the refreshed architecture gap matrix, status model, archives and updated documentation guardrails.

The replacement branch is mergeable and its complete GitHub Actions chain passed: documentation, Make/test inventory, frontend regressions, fast regressions, daemon build, packaging and install staging.

Closing this old-base Draft to avoid two competing documentation truth sources.
