Add three Q2 bin datasets (1to10, 10to100, 100to10000) for the BeAGLE1.03.02-3.1 campaign and include them in a new 9x100 pipeline config alongside the existing eAu energies. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Switch the 9x100 datasets to the default epic_craterlake detector config, and split DIS:eAu:collect into per-config collect jobs so the family summaries each cover a single results directory. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This one-line change was part of the collect-job split (#55) but was lost in the merge, leaving the 9x100 jobs writing results under epic_craterlake_without_zdc while DIS:eAu:collect:craterlake looks under epic_craterlake, which fails its find.
