Add CSVs for the afterburned BeAGLE1.03.02-1.0 Ds eAu 9x100 and pythia8.316-1.1 Ds ep 9x275 samples under SIDIS/Ds_ABCONV. Include the ep sample in the SIDIS:ep job matrices and add a new SIDIS:eAu:9x100 job group on epic_craterlake, wired into SIDIS:collect. SIDIS/{Ds,Lc,D0}_ABCONV/HFsim-{BeAGLE,PYTHIA}/...storage layout and use the_ab_run[0-9]+$pattern to match the run-split files.
