Cambio: Los productos ahora se ordenan de mayor a menor margen de ganancia real.
El margen se calcula igual que en la UI: si hay precio de venta y costo unitario definidos, se usa la fórmula
((salePrice - unitCost) / salePrice) * 100; de lo contrario, se usa elprofitMarginconfigurado.El ordenamiento se aplica tanto en el endpoint
/api/products(usado por React Query) como en el server component (SSR inicial).
