Update both application locks to Workflow 2.5.3 and the polyglot fixture to Server 2.5.9 for Workflow #646/#648's dashboard fixes. Keep existing dependency constraints and SDK versions.
All PR/main application, PHP/Python/Rust, Compose and image checks pass. Published development image qualification passes on both architectures. Anonymous Docker Hub/GHCR reads of the immutable revision tag and
mainreturn the same image indexsha256:b2c18467619757a33df11e73122f8f5d689678a87f3bc959dddd435664cb8dd6. Both installed application locks pin published Workflow 2.5.3.
