Purpose

Release follow-through for durable-workflow/waterline#149 and durable-workflow/waterline#150.

Select published Waterline 2.3.0 in the qualified sample tuple and Composer lock. Composer resolves the existing ^2.0 constraint and updates exactly one installed package to the public merge commit 9e466667c7838110dcbafd131dab4c6754a973ec. Publish its matching frontend assets and message chunk in the sample checkout.

Verification

At 2f815134eb8e47dacad446b91820ca8cbe1c8485, CI, Compose workflow smoke, polyglot validation, candidate devcontainer image and public boundary all pass. Fresh published Laravel installation passes English, Ukrainian and unsupported-locale fallback with the original host locale/name. Actual asset publication and the artifact-graph validator pass. Composer updates exactly Waterline. Whitespace passes.

Review confirms the tuple, lock and published assets agree on the release. Merged source is acccab334e93a1a0b1eb3e29166475d279c0e9f2, with the same tested tree. Main checks and image publication 37656172705 pass, including native amd64/arm64 qualification. Anonymous Docker Hub/GHCR revision/main indexes are identical, index sha256:986897d8ba52e79efc56e947f93fc26ccbad58170561694ec24a80c1bf88da84. The remote branch is deleted and Waterline #149 is delivered.
