Danish/Swedish: fix machine-translation errors and add missing strings#12283

The Danish translation was bulk machine-translated and shipped many wrong-sense homonyms and untranslated strings. Corrects ~110 reviewed defects plus a full standardization of two pervasive patterns: - "speaker" (person) rendered as "højttaler" (loudspeaker) -> "taler" - video "frame" rendered as "ramme" (border) -> "billede" - "shot change" rendered as "skudskift" (gunshot) -> "sceneskift" - verbs mistranslated as adjectives (Close->Tæt, Clear->Klar, Default->Misligholdelse, etc.) and assorted garbled/untranslated strings (columnPaste "Kolonnepasta", disabled "Handicappet", the English About-box text, ...) 159 lines corrected; JSON validated. Both files were missing the same 191 keys present in English.json
(new AI review, video OCR, TTS, waveform, spell-check, ASSA category
and shortcut strings, etc.). Adds all 191 to each file with native
Danish and Swedish translations, preserving placeholders ({0}, {\an8},
{language}), product names, mnemonic underscores and line breaks.
Both files now have full key parity with English; JSON validated and
LanguageJsonFilesTests pass.
