chore(docs): Upgrade Docusaurus and refresh documentation assets

Summary

• Upgrade the Docusaurus package family to pinned 3.10.0 versions.
• Add the matching faster package required by the existing site configuration.
• Refresh the Claude SVG illustration and repair local-development anchors.
• Regenerate the website lockfile from the public baseline.

Verification

• Production documentation build passed on Node 22.
• Application build, typecheck, lint, configuration validation, and all 619 tests passed.
• Reviewed the SVG for active content and the dependency/registry changes; Gitleaks staged-patch scan passed.
• Compared npm audit against a clean develop worktree: 41 affected packages before, 30 after; no newly named affected package. Existing transitive findings remain, including two critical findings in build/dev-server tooling, and several have separate Dependabot PRs.

CI now uses the committed lockfile via npm ci; all GitHub checks pass.

CI follow-up: the shared install failure was reproduced in an isolated Node 22 container. With maintainer approval, this branch now uses npm ci instead of deleting the lockfile and resolving a fresh dependency graph. This is the only CI change; GitHub checks are rerunning.
