Closes #1771.

The staging buffer was disposed right after the discard confirmation, before the destructive-query dialog. It is now disposed only after every confirmation has passed, just before the query starts. Widget test: dirty buffer, destructive SQL, Discard then Cancel keeps the buffer. Not run locally, CI will.
