背景
meX 记忆系统需要接入通用 agent。原方案（ADR-12）依赖"会话结束 hook 兜底写 + skill 管读写"，
但核实 OpenCode 官方配置 schema 没有 hooks 字段（原生不支持 Claude Code 风格的生命周期 hook），
原生成物（hooks.md + 平铺 skill.md）在 OpenCode 上不生效。经与用户确认：不用 MCP，改用 skill 承载，
移除 hooks，写作原则参考 prompts.py 提炼。
改动
改为官方发现路径
skills/mex/SKILL.md+ 根目录 README（skills/为复数，Claude Code / OpenCode 官方约定）。name: mex+ description，缺失则无法被 agent 加载）；正文教 agent 六件事——对话开始
mex profile、时敏召回mex search --since、定向检索mex search --topic、即时写mex extract/mex add、不频繁写、写作原则（具体/独立/有用/不重复、时间写具体日期、画像 vs 画像外、名称用全称，提炼自 prompts.py 质量标准 + dsh 写作规范）。
hook 能力留待后续扩展。
mex integrate的 Next steps 指向官方 skill 路径。.workbuddy/（工具数据目录，含隐私日志，不入库）。验证
ruff check通过mex integrate opencode --scope project生成./.opencode/skills/mex/SKILL.md（frontmatter 正确、
{{MEX_HOME}}/{{DB_PATH}}占位符全部替换）+ README说明
mex integrate opencode，需清理旧的 hooks.md/skill.md 平铺文件后重新生成。
