背景
PR #4（workbuddy agent 集成，skill 承载）已合并，但项目文档尚未同步 workbuddy 接入。
本次纯文档更新，无代码改动。
改动
mex integrate workbuddy --scope project命令示例与WorkBuddy 对接文档链接（src/mex/integration/workbuddy/README.md）；
（PR feat: agent 集成改为 skill 承载，生成标准 SKILL.md 并移除 hooks #1 起已改为 skill 承载，hooks 已移除）。
并说明 workbuddy 的 skill 写入位置（目标目录本身就是 skill 根，直接写
mex/SKILL.md）。验证
