Agent: Adds an opt-in aggregate-only privacy mode for private repository statistics. This is stacked on PR #11.

• add includePrivateRepositoryMetrics, STATS_INCLUDE_PRIVATE_REPOSITORY_METRICS, and --include-private-metrics
• include private repositories in anonymous numeric totals for repository counts, stars/forks, language/code volume, contributor stats, and traffic
• keep private names, URLs, topics, IDs, contribution records, and repository records out of public output
• persist resumable private metrics under SHA-256 cache keys while excluding raw private repository and branch IDs
• expose privacy.privateRepositoryMetricsIncluded and private/public/total profile repository counts
• teach the Remotion adapter to consume aggregate totals
• document token scope and privacy behavior

Deployment note

The live LukasParke/stats workflow currently uses LukasParke/stats-action@main. That action needs the same input and collection changes before the workflow can enable this mode.
