Add missing settings files for system tests and remove those not needed. Some tests were missing a
galil01.cmd, others they were runnign a duplicate of what was on the instrument so the duplicate has been deleted and the test [ointed at the original instrument in https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/EPICS-IOC_Test_Framework/pull/674Acceptance criteria
settingsdirectory, have you added a corresponding step to the upgrade script to update affected instruments?
