Interviews
Interviews in the sidebar lists every interview round you have recorded, across every job, in one table. A round appears here as soon as you add a stage whose parent status is Interview on a job's Timeline tab — there is nothing extra to fill in. Rounds on jobs that were rejected or withdrawn stay in the list, because the history is the point.
Rounds are listed newest first, with rounds that have no date yet at the end. Each row shows when the round is, the job and company, which round it is, the format and duration, who is interviewing you, how many prep questions the round has, and its outcome.
Three controls sit in the page header. All rounds narrows to one kind of round — 1st Screening Interview, Final / Onsite Interview, or any round name of your own. All companies narrows to one company. Both only offer rounds and companies you actually have interviews for, so a choice never gives you an empty table. The search box matches the job title, the company, the round name and the interviewers' names, so you can find "everyone I spoke to at Northwind" by typing a name.
Outcome is the result you recorded: Scheduled, Completed, Passed, Failed, No-show or Cancelled. Until you record one, the page works it out from the date — a round still ahead reads Scheduled, a round whose date has gone reads Awaiting outcome, and a round with no date reads Not scheduled. Those three are descriptions, not saved values; recording a real outcome replaces them.
To record one, open the ⋮ menu at the end of a row and choose Set outcome. Once a round has an outcome, the same menu offers Clear outcome.
Click the arrow at the start of a row to open it. The panel shows the full interviewer list with their titles and email addresses, your notes for the round, and the prep questions with a tick against the ones already asked. View answers, beside the prep questions heading, opens the Questions page filtered to just that round's prep list so you can read your recorded answers, and narrows the skill tags in its sidebar to that round's questions; the ✕ on the banner there shows all questions again. One row is open at a time — opening another closes the first.
Everything in the panel is read-only. Linking an interviewer, building a prep list and ticking a question as asked all happen on the job's Timeline tab, where those tools live.
The ⋮ menu at the end of a row has Edit round, which opens the same dialog as the Timeline tab — date, time, format, duration, location, notes and outcome — and saves in place. Open job timeline takes you to that job's Timeline tab for anything else: adding another round, linking interviewers, building the prep list or deleting a round.
New rounds are always added from a job's Timeline tab. This page reads and edits; it does not create.
