### Added

- **The Dashboard now opens as a deterministic operator home.** One recommended action and mutually exclusive Now, Next, and Waiting lanes make the next useful step visible without duplicating work.
- **Needs Attention separates actionable operational states.** Decisions, agent exceptions, and blocked work share one bounded rail alongside live agents and the current week.

### Changed

- **Workspace health is one persistent, collapsible drawer.** Pipeline, Throughput, Standup, and What's New remain visible together instead of flowing through independent widget stacks.
- **Responsive layouts preserve the same priority order.** Desktop uses a stable work-and-operations split while tablet and mobile stack the same semantic regions without horizontal overflow.

### Fixed

- **Sparse dashboard content no longer leaves masonry-style holes.** Deterministic regions replace arbitrary half/full widget geometry and compact row skeletons avoid a large blank loading state.
- **Clearing release notes no longer hides operational health.** What's New can be dismissed until the next release while Pipeline, Throughput, Standup, and drawer state remain independent.

## 2026-08-26 — v0.34.0 release preparation

- Squash-merged AXI-107 / PR #100 after exact-head lint, typecheck, unit,
integration, and both Playwright shards passed.
- Prepared the `0.34.0` version bump and curated release notes for the
deterministic dashboard operator home, bounded attention rail, responsive
semantic order, and persistent Workspace health drawer.
- AXI-184 owns the serialized release PR, immutable tag, production deployment,
and live verification required by `RELEASE.md`.
