Prepares the 1.1.0 release with the fixes from #12–#21.

• Version bumped to 1.1.0 in pyproject.toml and whisper_mlx.__version__. tests/test_version.py keeps the two in step.
• CHANGELOG.md with the 1.1.0 notes, grouped as Fixed / Added / Changed / Deprecated. The Changed section lists what callers may need to handle: FileNotFoundError for missing audio, quant and beam_size raising, --patience removed, and the new speculative-decoding defaults.
• Release workflow (.github/workflows/release.yml), triggered by pushing a v* tag:
  1. checks the tag matches the pyproject.toml version
  2. builds the sdist and wheel and runs twine check --strict
  3. creates the GitHub release with that version's CHANGELOG section as the notes, with the distributions attached
  4. publishes to PyPI using trusted publishing (pypi environment)

Once this merges, I'll tag v1.1.0 on main to run it.

How was this tested?

• Tested with audio file(s)
• Ran existing tests (pytest): 81 passed, 1 skipped
• Tested CLI (vayu audio.mp3)

Run locally:

• python -m build with twine check --strict: both distributions pass. The wheel contains only whisper_mlx and its assets.
• The workflow's tag check, run against v1.1.0: it matches.
• Its awk notes extraction: it outputs exactly the 1.1.0 section.

The workflow YAML parses.

PyPI needs a one-time setup by a project owner before the publish job can succeed. On pypi.org → vayu-whisper → Settings → Publishing, add a GitHub trusted publisher with owner CodeWithBehnam, repository vayu, workflow release.yml and environment pypi. The GitHub release job doesn't depend on it.
