Reserved controlled GP2 positive acceptance event.

Current execution status (2026-10-11):

• intentionally DO NOT MERGE until the live GP2 acceptance run is ready;
• branch: feat/refine-workspace-loader-gate-c-20260915;
• current PR diff remains limited to frontend/app/loading.js and frontend/app/state.module.css;
• the reserved head previously passed its own GitHub CI, but it must be refreshed and reverified before the real Gate-C run;
• repository-side cleanup/structuring is complete;
• current READY code-bearing production is Clarify GP2 inference and capture blockers #409 on 0d14796ecfbeb106eaaf42b5e8f985f79ada9c23;
• Reconcile GP2 execution state for October 11 #411 is documentation-only and its Vercel production-target record was intentionally CANCELED, so it did not replace the READY runtime;
• the production dependency baseline is patched through Patch newly disclosed frontend production dependencies #410: Next.js 16.4.0, sharp 0.35.5, high-severity production audit green;
• normal non-production Vercel builds are suppressed unless a commit is explicitly marked [vercel-preview];
• live comparison against current master shows this reserved branch is 94 commits behind master and retains 2 unique intended commits.

Purpose:
Preserve one meaningful controlled product change that can be traced through the full GP2 path.

Do not use this PR as ordinary UI cleanup. Do not merge it merely because GitHub reports it mergeable.

Current external prerequisites before this branch is refreshed:

1. hosted inference must be genuinely live/authorized through Vercel AI Gateway or one already-supported approved direct hosted provider;
2. a live bounded WSS CDP screenshot authority must be configured and pass the owner-triggered browser-worker probe;
3. recoverable persisted opportunity work must be retried only after inference readiness is healthy;
4. exact ProjectContextSnapshot + ranked opportunity production evidence must be verified.

Required immediately before merge:

1. reverify current master and READY production truth;
2. refresh this reserved branch onto the then-current master without broadening the intended two-file event;
3. rerun normal CI, production dependency audit, build, security and function-trace gates;
4. prepare the acceptance observer/evidence path;
5. execute the positive event through Signal → exact source/context → Opportunity → planning → screenshot/media → exact LinkedIn/X review;
6. complete the low-value/noise-control and recovery evidence;
7. merge only if the GP2 acceptance outcome genuinely passes.

Replacement note:
This remains the current replacement for the older #291 reservation.
