Replace the capsule-render waving banner (previous round's missing-header bug) with a self-contained ASCII DNA-strand header that can't fail to render. Structure the rest as a lab notebook: a mermaid cycle diagram of the GA loop, and a generation-by-generation timeline built from real fitness series in results/Discovery/.../experiment_results_*.json rather than invented numbers.

Gives the README a themed visual overhaul: animated capsule-render banner, badges, and content refocused on the evolutionary code-breaking experience rather than CLI usage instructions.
