Upgrade tiktoken-rs from 0.6.0 to 0.12.1, bringing the OpenAI tiktoken 0.14.0 vendor refresh, newer model mappings, large-input tokenization improvements, and Rust 1.85 compatibility fixes into gptcommit.
Replace the deprecated text-completion helper with
get_text_completion_max_tokens. Refresh only tiktoken's dependency chain, removing the duplicate rustc-hash 1.x dependency. Extend provider tests for GPT-4.1/GPT-5.4 requests and oversized chat/legacy prompts.GPT-6 context metadata is now available upstream, but GPT-6 tokenizer lookup and budget helpers remain unsupported. The existing default-model and custom-model fallbacks are preserved; this upgrade does not claim to fix default-model token budgeting.
Validation:
just lint build testpassed (21 Rust tests and CLI e2e tests), plus focused provider tests andgit diff --check. Based on current main atc6a8416; checked commitf355f0f. No version bump or publication.
