Prepare v0.6.0 with upgrade notes for Rust 1.88, Git-style ignore matching, the new default model, and the configuration and generation improvements since v0.5.17.
The version bump changes only the root package versions; dependencies are not refreshed. Cargo packaging excludes local
.claude/settings. CHANGELOG.md supplies the GitHub release body. Homebrew and Winget dispatch now depend on all binary uploads, removing the race where Winget could request an archive before it existed.Merging this PR triggers the existing publication workflow: crates.io, the v0.6.0 tag, GitHub release/binaries, and package-manager updates.
Validation:
