The release pipeline now requires four uninterrupted one-hour mixed-workload runs before planning a release: Linux x86_64 and macOS ARM64, each with one and four carriers and 4,096 worker tasks per batch. The supervisor rejects incomplete accounting, crashes or restarts, missing samples, and memory or descriptor growth outside the declared warmed envelope.
Prepare 0.1.0-rc.3 with aligned versions and exact internal pins. Document the repaired inbox notification boundaries and the production support contract intended for 0.1.0. The Rust implementation remains unchanged from RC.2; final 0.1.0 is not prepared or published here.
Validation: all 19 local canonical checks passed; workflow lint and nine verifier negative-control tests passed. A live macOS supervisor smoke completed 420,141 task lifetimes with matching accounting and stable resources. Hosted qualification and full tagged Release rehearsal provide the candidate's final evidence.
