Closes #32.
Adds a native Tauri File menu with GTK host pickers for folders and ZIP archives. The menu follows the effective sharing tier, shows the unavailable reason when sharing is off or unsupported, and rebuilds its Unmount submenu as live mounts change. Read & write folders ask separately whether to allow changes, defaulting to read-only. Mount and unmount operations run off the GTK thread and report their result in a native dialog. Quit uses the same application exit path as closing the window. Ctrl+Q is left to the remote desktop because it conflicts with remote shortcuts and GTK emitted accelerator warnings during menu rebuilds. No webview command accepts a host source path.
Validation:
nix build .#docker-vm;./tests/validation.sh; Xvfb screenshots of Off, Encrypted, Read-only, and Read & write menu states. A folder selected in the native picker appeared in the running container; unmount removed it with the container ID unchanged (2b9a405bb89d0cd4fe9fa65469170f0dd82089fc41608fa7b84f12526fb6e355). The Read & write confirmation enabled a host-owned 0644 file written by the container. Quit removed the container and runtime mount directory, with no project FUSE mount left. The picker cleanup was retested after fixing a lingering GTK dialog. A private nested Weston Wayland run showed the menu above the desktop, and pointer clicks reached both the native menu and remote Chromium. CPU/X fallback and Wayland screenshots showed the webview beginning below the menu. Native GPU video alignment still needs a GPU-capable acceptance run under #34.
