Three places where documented policy and live configuration disagree, found while reviewing #670:
zsh-eza thread resolution. ADR-0013 requires required_review_thread_resolution in every class, and AGENTS.md says the ruleset enforces the done gate. The z-shell/zsh-eza main ruleset has required_review_thread_resolution: false.
Project 28 merged-pull-request workflow.runbooks/project-tracker.md says to configure the built-in workflows to move "closed issues or merged pull requests to Done". In Project 28, "Item closed" is enabled and "Pull request merged" is disabled.
commit-lint.yml input description. The branch-pattern input description in .github/workflows/commit-lint.yml says the fallback is ^(feature|bug|hotfix)-[1-9][0-9]*(-[a-z0-9]+)*$, "which keeps the issue id mandatory". The job's actual default also accepts <type>/<slug> branches with no issue id (ADR-0022).

required_review_thread_resolution: trueon the zsh-ezamainruleset through the ADR-0013 rollout (Track ADR-0013 rollout: repository settings baseline audit #478), or record why zsh-eza is an exception.project-tracker.mdto describe the workflows that are actually enabled. Each needs its own maintainer decision; none is urgent.
