又是一个BUG修复提升性能的版本，这次距离上次发布3周，随着越来越稳定，发布周期间隔会逐步拉长到1个月以上。

2.0.13版本的性能有进一步提升，反序列化性能比2.0.12版本提升了6%，对fastjson 1.x也有了进一步提升。
