Introduce DesignTokens: the brand palette (the website's colours, resolved for light and dark since the app follows the system), plus Spacing/Radius and the shared surfaces — flCard, FLPill, Sparkline, TrafficBar. StatTile moves to the card with display figures; TrafficColors now point at the tokens so every call site refreshes at once. Then the screens: the AI Agents table gains real traffic bars, risk and allowlist state become bordered pills, the always-monitor banner uses the accent card, the sidebar selection takes the brand accent. A sweep across the UI replaces the scattered colour literals (orange/green/red/purple/accent) with semantic tokens — warning/good/critical/tool/accent — so the whole app reads as one system in both appearances. 599 pass locally (0 assertion failures; one HelpTests timeout was local machine load from running demo instances, not a code fault — CI runs clean).
