docs: hard cut public identity URLs

Summary

• rename public repo identity from CortexPilot-public to OpenVibeCoding on repo-owned surfaces
• update Pages/home/docs/package/test links to the new GitHub and Pages paths
• keep the runtime/internal @cortexpilot/* / cortexpilot_orch namespace unchanged
