CI was already on current stable and warning that Gradle 8.14, AGP 8.11.1, and Kotlin 2.2.20 would soon be unsupported. Pin Flutter 3.47.1 and match its Gradle 9.3.1 / AGP 9.1.0 / Kotlin 2.4.0 template so those checks pass. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Keep packages that need Android 17 or AGP 9 built-in Kotlin on last compatible versions, and adapt BLE connect plus share APIs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
